We currently ship orders within the United States. If shipping to your location is available, it will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the United States is usually completed within 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.
Total estimated delivery time is usually 4–7 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please make sure the shipping price shown at checkout matches the shipping settings in Google Merchant Center.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. The Plush Vault is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@kbsuacas.shop with your order number. We will help you check the delivery status and work with the carrier when possible.
